There is nothing like working on a “charming house.” This house had all the elements of “cuteness” on its side including a white picket fence, huge community park across the street and flower beds!
They style of the house was done in a slightly Urban/Modern theme with the white cabinets, black granite and softened by the rich brown interior body paint.
To complete the fresh urban look the house was staged in a bright citrus theme and sold in the citrus harvest season for Arizona.
The whole remodel included: new cabinet door fronts from Ikea, hardware, new carpet, fresh interior paint, granite, bathroom mirrors, light fixtures, new glass sliding door, and all new faucets.
The yard went under transformation with re-painting picket fences, adding flower beds, trimming trees and shrubbery, and adding new exterior light fixtures.
