This Ahwatukee townhome rented immediately just based on its “cute factor.” The house is situated in a little community with brick and wood framed townhomes with easy access to a community spa, pool, and tennis courts just across the street. It is a three bedroom, plus a loft, and two bath home.
The remodel was styled after a French Country theme. The first improvement included raising the kitchen ceiling, and adding recessed can lighting. The kitchen cabinets were transformed by repainting them a soft cream color, accented by a light brown stain, and finished with crown moldingand gorgeous scrolling corbels. Curved Ubatuba Granite counters and stainless steel appliances completed the kitchen. Other finishes include new carpet, tiled bathrooms, new bathroom vanities, mirrors and fixtures.
